The Site Operations Lead is a hands-on leadership role. You will operate heavy equipment, lead field crews, and jump in with labor work as needed. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to go, and can work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise excavation and field crews on active job sites

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.)

• Perform hands-on job site work when needed

• Read and interpret site plans and project drawings

• Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality standards

• Assist with job planning and daily task coordination

• Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors

• Care for equipment and report maintenance needs

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay based on experience/skills: $25–$35/hr
